Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Items that show use, damage caused after delivery or missing original packaging may not qualify.
How to request a return
To request a return, email service@zunvello.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason and photos or video where relevant.
Return address
Do not send returns to our business registration address. Once a return is approved, customer support will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.
Return shipping cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution at no additional cost.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5鈥?0 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
